The cottage Cooinda is now newly available from the middle of June onwards for 2011 holiday lets. A modern two bedroomed property sleeping up to 4 adults + travel cot available upon request.

Ideal for families, walkers, anglers and golfers.

Conveniently situated only 2 minutes walk from the shores of Loch Morar – Britains deepest fresh water Loch, and within a 10 minute walk of the beautiful Silver Sands beach and coastline.

Half a mile from Morar village, 3 miles from the fishing village of Mallaig, where you are well served by shops and restaurants and 6 miles from the quaint village of Arisaig.

• Sea and Loch fishing ( a boat and permit can be arranged for Loch Morar)
• Ferries to Skye and the outer islands from Mallaig or cruises to the small isles from Arisaig, with frequent sightings of dolphins, seals, whales and a myriad of birdlife.
• Great walks on the beaches and in the surrounding countryside with well worn tracks for the novice along with a degree of difficulty for those who like a challenge.
• 9 tee golf course at Traigh near Arisaig.

The detached cottage is situated next to the main house with easy parking just outside the property.  There are  views of the Loch and hills and mountain ranges from the rear of the cottage.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a no smoking property and we are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets.

Rates from £250 (low season) to £500 (high season). Short breaks of 3 days out of season are available (rates as a percentage of appropriate week). Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating all included in the price (guests will need to bring beach towels). No hidden costs.

The deposit is £60.00 on booking the holiday and the balance of rent is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. E-mail confirmation of booking is sent along with details of how to find Cottage Cooinda. (Hard copy can be sent on request).

Deposit and balance can be paid securely through paypal please go to payment page or please make cheques payable to M Cunningham allowing for postage and banking time for the 6 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday.
